Morning dear Deb

Hi Deb! Heat indices of 115 in my area today...this is getting ridiculous. I tried to go for a short walk this morning before daylight but the humidity is so high I only lasted one block...I am now in full hibernation mode. Can we say summer be gone? Stay safe and cool my wonderful friend!

After all, it's Taco Tuesday and I am having a much better day today.  I think you can tell that I often have rollers in my hair.  

My friend, MaryKay Tuesday, took this picture last week when we were having lunch together.  

We had been looking everywhere for the Taco Truck but we just couldn't find the location it was supposed to be at.  

But we finally found a place to get our Tacos.  Have you been to the Taco Tree?  

This picture is a couple of years old but I knew you would still recognize me.  If you eat Tacos on Tuesday at Rosa's you might see me there!!!

Good evening Deb..Things are find here...I went to my last chrioprator visit last week  I have had 27 adjustments and not much help so next week am starting physical therapy..Went to the dr today and my blood work finally came back good after about 4 differnt times..whew...Hope you have a good night my friend

Hello Deb, it's good you are staying in and keeping cool. We have been very hot here too but the rain has helped and it comes frequently.  We're getting
the outer bands of TS Bertha but we are to just get off and on rain from it.

For those interested, here’s a quick update...

Pompon is suffering from severe hepatitis;

his pancreas has tripled in size and is full of biliary sludge.

Everything is inflamed...

and today, he has a large abscess on his head.

In addition to all the other medications in his IV drips, he is being given an antibiotic and a painkiller.

However, he has started eating a little again when I offer him his food bowl, and he responds when I speak to him...

Unfortunately, I can't be at the vet clinic all the time—there are visiting hours...

There is only a very slight improvement... but it’s significant...

It gives me hope...

I am very grateful to those who are praying for us...

Pompon means the world to me!
