Good morning Dear Susan - Wow, what a time for your computer to break down on Halloween.. There must have been a ghost in your machine that caused it to happen.. Had wondered what happened to you.. The first thing I thought was that you were sick or was in the hospital or something like that.. Never thought it was computer problems.. What happened to your computer? What caused it to quit working? Did you get Windows 11? If so, let me know how it's different from the 10 version.. xx Melinda
