Happy Friday another chilly day., you know its fall and winter around the corner.

went for coffee  and Cvs to buy candy for Halloween., then Panera for soup and sandwich for dinner.,  Hope your having a great Friday  and a wonderful start of the weekend.

Good afternoon, Ally!! Have you been busy this week? Gosh, seems like we are more lately!! Good reports from our doctor on Wednesday!! I brought my A1C fro 7.6 to 6.9. Lost 15#. Not that I care but, I do not want to go to the needle for diabetes! 52 degrees here now. Had sunshine today. I am on here about once a week, lately!! Sure hope everyone is doing well!
