good morning Caroline! happy mid week to you! I had my 1st physical therapy session for my knee yesterday, I did pretty well! I thought my knee would be hurting me a lot afterwards, but it didn't!

Hi Caroline l still am not feeling great.  Went out this morning but was glad to get home.  Yes l could have picked up something from the little ones.  There is so much flu going round but l do feel l am on the road to recovery.
