Good Morning Caroline!  It is just afrer noon here on Monday.  I just finished putting together a very big post of Chicken cut up, celery cut up, and carrots cut up, with lots of different spices in a broth.  After it cooks down, I will add 2 cans each of Cream of Celery and Cream of Chicken.  Then cook for a while longer and add a can of biscuits cut up for the dumplings.  It will get us through the rest of the week of very cold weather we are having.  It went down to 13° this morning but we are nearing 30° now.  I hope you have a very Blessed day!  Kisses & Hugs!  Pam
