Hello my dear friends, I apologize for my long absence. I tried to restore my laptop 'coz it was still new and had a great configuration, as it was unsuccessful, I decided to buy another one and due to the Christmas period, there was a delay in the shipment and also in the store to configure it. In addition, I was sick and with workers still in my apt, but now everything is fine, just a little tired...Finally, I'm back for wishing you  beautiful moments, treasured memories and all the blessings a heart can know. We all feel burned out at times because

we all go through phases when life

gets busier than usual . Just know

THERE'S A LIGHT AT THE 




END OF THE TUNNEL

If you release your high expectations

of yourself, set boundaries around 

your time , and give yourself

permission to put your well being 

at the top of your priority list.


MAKE A LIST OF ALL THE THINGS YOU WANT TO HAVE , DO, EXPERIENCE.AND BECOME, in the next few years. For  each item

on your list, ask yourself why you want it . Is it 

because you feel the need to prove something

or want to feel important or perhaps even superior 

to others? That's the ego. Is it because you think

that's what you "should" do? That's  likely 

conditioning . Is it because it makes you feel 

alive? That's your Heart.

If blooming where you are  planted seems too tall an order right now, just stay where you are until

winter passes and you are able to bloom again .

REMEMBER TIDES EBB AND FLOW.TIME

COMES AND GOES. AND THE WISE HEART KNOWS THIS TOO SHALL PASS.
