today i went for coffee., and panera's for pick 2..  hope your having a better day... 

tomorrow I have 2 doctor appointments, heart doctor,  and   my gp.,   have a good night.

Good afternoon to you. Has Physical Therapy this morning. I can tell it sure is helping me. Not much pain anymore. Its kind of humid here this afternoon. I don't care for humidity unless it will bring us some rain. My washer has been having problems and hopefully this week someone will come and look at it. This is a short note as I am sleepy. That's what Physical Therapy does to me. I didn't sleep good last night anyway. Enjoy your afternoon my friend and take care.--Cheryl--
