Hip is doing so much better. I'm taking a daily collagen supplement now. Exercise (walking) is definitely helping too. JB and GM are back on schedule...-:) Pepper too.

Welcome July. Another steam th here. Hoping for rain chances this evening. Still watering everything outside. Tomorrow, back to the chiropractor. My right hip joint is doing a lot better. We did a lot of walking last weekend, so that helped no doubt. Stay cool and enjoy your week. -:)

Howdy Bud, we ran to the grocery store yesterday and got home just as the bottom fell out.  We had a flash flood (2 inches of rain in 20 min) and the  most intense lightening we've had in a long time.  2 scared furbabies when I got home too. Today we welcome a new month. The year is flying by. Much love!
