kids say funny things...

 here ,,if we take a plane flight..we sometimes stopover at Dubai..refuel.. its an Arab state

 a .little girl  got off at the airport.....and said to her dad

  *Oh a lot of Shepherds...in this airport  Dad...*

 she had only seen..long white gowns,,on the shepherds  in her cmas play..

something good,,,a sunshine SMoothie

serves 3,,

have 500ml  carrot juice....chilled

200g pine apple...fresh or canned

   2 bananas    broken into chunks,,,

  smalll piece  of Ginger,,..peeled..

 20g cashew nuts

 juice of 1 lime.....

  ...

 put ingredients,in the blender

and whizz  till smooth..:)

,,drink straight away

or pour into bottle to take with you

will keep in a fridge for a day

 :)  :)
