Hi Ric. It sounds like you have about caught up with your work outdoors. It’s good to get it out of the way before the hot weather arrives. How is that tomatoe plant doing? That’s going to be such an interest for you.
So far the first week of our winter has been typical with some good rainfalls over the last few days. hopefully this will continue to make up for the drought conditions of last year. We have a public holiday next Monday for the Kings birthday. Thankfully I did my trip to the supermarket earlier this week to avoid the crowds that flock there on the Friday. People seem to go crazy when there’s a long weekend. I really don’t know why as the supermarkeys are open every day.
I Went to our Friday morning Group this morning and our entertainment was a ukulele trio. They were so good.
I had a visit from a mouse that found it’s way into my scrap bin making such a mess so I set up one of those self baiting traps and got the little pest this afternoon. Good day..up way early, but woke up around 4 am.... its going to be a long day. Will be donating blood this afternoon. Hopefully my hemoglobin will cooperate. We're warming up here once again. But the last two mornings, it's been very chilly. Looks like rain again on Monday. Enjoy the rest of your week.
Yeah, I see/understand how that can happen. When I seen that answer, I thought something like that happened and you were on the wrong page :) I thought I better tell Rick.. You were outside in the garage today? And did you get to Walgreen's to get the senior discount? They do that at restaurants too. Applebees gives out a 10% discount card for seniors. In other words, I can get tipsy and do it for a 10% discount. lol..
