What I went to in Eugene June, was the Quilts of Valor. This is were service members that served in combact are awarded a quilt that is designed just for them, and the tag gives a little about them with there name, service time and a Quilt number. All these are registered. And the quilts are beautiful. 12 Servicemen that were in part of their time in war got the quilts and it must have taken these ladies a long time to make them. It was started 2003 and is a National Organization. Some that got the Quilt of Valor were moved to tears. Since I was the only preacher I got to lead the prayer which was an honor. I am glad I went. 3 people and my friend got a quilt of valor. It was 82 today and 79 now at 7p.m. have a great day. Bro. Doc
