If only it had been so, my friend. We came home, from a 6 hour trip, to find that a pipe under our bedroom sink had burst, leaving us with a mess to deal with, and no plumbers to be had till Monday. Luckily, our son was here to come up with a plan to fix it in minutes. We are blessed with wonderful family...(not to mention a large water bill) LOL
