What do I want? I desire the Man who has a great sense of humor, drive and tenderness, and who isn't afraid of taking a bold chance in this crazy world. I want The One who will let me know what He truly wants to create in His life, so I can support Him with the best of all my gifts. I wish to do my best to compel Him to desire to confidently brag about me to his friends and family, be grateful to have a woman who is only too happy to take care of Him when he is ill; who will make Him feel like a million bucks whether He is happy or not that day, and who will reward Him in the sexiest ways for delighting me in the littlest things.
What do I want? I want to be part of the little, elderly couple you see walking beside one another, who still hold one another's hands--not because they have to, but because they would have it no other way. I want to be part of the couple whom, after all the years have past, still continue to lovingly gaze at one other and smile from ear-to-ear, who supports one another through life's trials no matter how great or small, rejoices in each other's accomplishments and successes, who are still happy and content just being together, who can still talk with one another about anything, and who loves one other more today than they did yesterday, but not as much as they will love each other tomorrow. I want 'Us' to laugh with one another about the silliest things; with memories of putting each other's jeans on by mistake, and remembering fondly stolen kisses on stairwells, playing the alphabet game while driving to crawfish "balls", driving nervously in the rain to concerts, and countless evenings spent NOT watching movies playing on the tv, but instead eating popcorn, sharing a bottle of wine, and flirting with each other like crazy. I want my happily-ever-after with the Man whom I've seen so many times in my dreams. I want to be "The One" who makes Him proudly proclaim, "That's MY girl!" and who will be all too happy to make His life shine brightly in a thousand surprising ways.
