hello there, hows everyone doing? im sooooooo enjoying this cooler weather but i heard this week is gonna be hot again, gotta get the yard cleaned up,harder to do when the body is falling apart
Et bien tu vois toi aussi tu n'as pas pu changer tes habitudes de vivre la nuit et puis après tout si cela te convient ne change rien à chacun sa façon de vivre. Moi aujourd'hui c'est pourtant dimanche mais je suis réveillée depuis 4 h du matin et bien je me suis levée, j'ai lu, j'ai fais tourner une lessive, dans une maison il y a de quoi s'occuper mais ce n'est pas pour ça que je ferai une sieste après déjeuner ou que ce soir je me coucherai plus tôt.
I guess it's all down to what you & your body are used to. Some things are so ingrained that it's difficult to change. Being a Musician I was always up at night! Then I'd sleep during he day. There were periods when I was more or less Forced to adapt to a different cycle, but no matter what, I'd always revert back to a Nocturnal existance.
