November has a way of teaching gratitude. It invites us to gather close—to family, to friends, to the blessings we might overlook in busier times. The Thanksgiving table isn’t just about food (though I’ll never say no to another slice of pumpkin pie). It’s about taking inventory of the heart—remembering that joy doesn’t come from what we own, but from who we share life with. My favorite month -:) I love Fields of Gold song..we were gone most of the day. Making some progress in the room. David's finishing now pulling up the nail strips and padding. We are in the lookout for him a new work desk. Might shop around tomorrow as well. Buying a table saw soon, as we'll need this to install the laminate flooring. We did buy a bookcase, sofa table, and small table today (used) from neighbor down the street, but it's new to us.mill finally get to use my lamps Marie gave me last year on the sofa table soon. Hooing we can finish by end of this month..David's on vacation Thanksgiving week.
My goodness, where did the week go? The month of October is gone!
It will be our Thanksgiving before you know it and in the blink of another eye, it will be Christmas and a New Year.
I guess we will celebrate making it to another Caturday and the weekend. Fall weather has arrived in Texas, at least for a few days.
I even saw a few people in long sleeves and long pants yesterday. At least the air conditioner has been off and it isn't cold enough in our house to turn the heater on yet.
It is more fun just to snuggle up together this time of year. Now go have a fun weekend and enjoy the new month.
