Good Afternoon to you. Been busy doing many loads of laundry. Got the last load in the dryer, YEAH!! I went to the doctor on Friday about my lower back. I have no infection anywhere. What I do have is my lower back musles are all tight and in a mass of knots. he put me on a muscle relaxer that I could cut in half. I was scared to take one cause I have never ever had to take them before. The 1/2 pill didn't do much at all. So Saturday morning I was in so much pain that I took a whole one. It didn't take long and my lower back pain was gone and I could relax. My doctor told me I could take them 3 times a day. I'm just taking them once a day. Yesterday was a cold day. But today is getting up in the fifties. Much better. I hope you are having a good afternoon. We are going grocery shopping later. Enjoy the rest of your day my friend and take care. Sunny and very windy today. Chilly for a few days, yet we will see mid 60's by Wednesday. The cats woke me up around 430 am. Whenever my sleep s broken up, I go back asleep and apparently fall into a coma, LOL. Pepper camped out inside for the night too. He's a little darling. Can go several days wanting to stay outside, but turns around and decides to stay inside. He sat on my lap last night for hours. We'll see what happens this evening. It's very windy here today..49.
