I quit eating "Lean Cuisine" and "Healthy Choice" frozen meals...and started eating a lot of cottage cheese, eggs, other high protein foods, and lots of veggies.. not canned though, either fresh or frozen. No bread items, unless it's low to 0 carbs...I do have a piece of sourdough bread evey once in a while...maybe once a month....I measure and try hard to keep my daily calorie intake to 1,200... I do treat myself once a day with a "OUTSHINE" fruity popsicle they are very flavorful, so I don't miss ice cream....love the watermelon flavored ones, pineapples are good too, also grape. They are under 100 calories, grape is 70, watermelon is 50 for example. I do try to exercise and or walk at least 3 times a week...low impact, chair exercises help a lot...Instagram has lots of videos that I "work out" to! LOL! plus I get a lot of high protein, and fiber meals from there too..some of them are good, but there's been 1 or 2 I will not make again.

Just saying hello and wishing you a lovely day. We’re back— we had a bit of trouble at the doctor's!! A scrape turned out to be a bit worse; the fluid in the foot was somewhat unbearable, but anyway, taking it easy. You’ll hear from us again soon. Have a lovely day—kisses from the Family (Dayenne)
