A lazy day here..just had a late lunch. We're going to visit Marie tomorrow afternoon after David's appt. Talked w/her earlier today. She was tired, but had more energy than yesterday. She turns 96 next month. I'm anxious to get back outside. With the warmer temps moving in tomorrow, hopefully that will become reality this weekend. I'm still walking twice each day to try and get in some exercise. I started using coconut oil last night on skin before bed. I slept like a rock. My blood sugar was much lower too than it's been (fasting). Once I can start getting more active outside, everything will improve.
