I think I made a wrong move today and ended up with pain in my lower back. I went to a PT session and had some tests done, and everything looks fine, but I’m still feeling uncomfortable. I’m going to take a muscle relaxer and rest for the rest of the day. I’ll see how I feel tomorrow and may need to call out.

The best thing to do is prepare in advance for " Just in Case" the lights go out and having plenty of warm clothing and blankets also helps. I was thinking of buying an indoor generator(you never know)Always be prepared.Wow what a treat for your son to travel to Jerusalem, I hope he gets to sight see while he s out there.
