My strawberry plants are still making beautiful strawberries, but my precious neighbors, 9 year old Bennett and 3 year old Livvy, come to visit just often enough to eat them all.

Are you staying cool? I hope so! Been inside during the worst of the day and wait until evening to water even though it's still hot.

Can you believe we are headed into the last weekend of June, wow.

That was nice you were able to visit your sister. No doubt she stays busy! have a fun weekend trip.

Morning Lisa

  Hi Lisa! I took my morning walk, afterwards,  decided I need to go at 7 a.m. instead of at 8..it was fine at the beginning, but by the end of my walk, it was just getting too humid, so only got a mile...tryinig to get more than a mile a day in...2, 500 steps is way short of 10,000 "they" recommend. I wonder if I'll ever make that amount, probably not...LOL!

I've been watering daily, esp my zinnias. They are so big now and seem to constantly be dry. I'll send a pic soon.  Oh your watermelon stuff is so cute.  I've been taking watermelons lately and throwing a few chunks in the blender and then mix the juice with lemonade.  Straight lemonade can be kinda rough of on my tummy because it's acidic but with the watermelon added it doesn't bother me.  It's so refreshing.
