Good Morning June, Rain is not the thing you need lots of. Not being able to send pictures, might mean you need to do a full scan of your system and see if you have something messed up. I forget what I did to my other computer that I have had since 2014 and only now use for ZamTalk which is a messenger to do my music programs on. New laptops that are really any good are about 800-900 dollars and are not that great. I still have a windows 7 laptop that works great, but on the slow mode because of the age of the OS in it.
