to my friends and those of you who are curious, yes a tornado touched down here in St. Louis city. It touched down in forest park (simular to central park in New York) and then moved northeast towards the Mississippi river, then into Illinois. It destroyed a quite a few homes. Fortunately only 5 people were killed. Our Missouri senator, state govenor, and the city mayor all promised to get this cleaned up and make available funds to the people and neighborhoods effected. About 60,000 still without power as of yesterday. Many power lines down and trees uprooted or limbs sawed off from the storm. As for me, I was not effected as I live southwest of the effected area in St. Louis county. Appreciate your concern and your prayers for those effected. Jazzsinger
It is Tuesday! Time for a wonderful cup of coffee and to run errands.
What makes you smile? Is it some "one special" or some "thing" that instantly comes to your mind?
When you see something, does it remind you of someone or a special time?
Think about what you treasure the most. It puts a smile on your face and in your heart.
A dolphin reminds me of Cricket. She was my first online friend. She couldn't wait to get to Heaven and have a Woo Hoo Party with Jesus. So dolphins make me smile knowing that party is still going on.
Whatever you do today, I hope your memories make you smile and you share that smile with others. I hope there is joy in your heart! Blessings & Hugs! Pam
