Trisha, yep I haven't been outside since Sunday. Eating all that you recommended except tofu. I love spinach and eat it often also kale. Lentils beans peas raised on them. I cooked them vegan with spices instead of with that nasty pork. Eating liver is a last result. Being flexatarian I eat chicken and fish, so adding beef isn't my regular diet.
❤ Hi Ruby, yes, I must say that I am done with summer lol...having a slight cool down (high 80's) and then back to hibernation. Trying to get outside as much as I can until then. Seems so ridiculous, having to take D3 in the summertime lol... Eating liver is definitely a good way to up your iron levels! Also lentils, spinach, chickpeas, tofu and kidney beans. ❤
