It has to do with what they are doing...it's not an update like we are used to..it's an entire system upgrade.

Yes, that is what usually happens for me also, but this is an upgrade, not an update. They are doing an overhaul on their internet service. The notification said it would be an 8 hour window of work time, but it started last night and I just got it back a bit ago.  Hopefully they are done and I don't lose it again...it's torture lol!

Spectrum decided to do an all systems upgrade. Lost internet last night and just got it back. I hope they're done!
