Took this photo of the Tuckasegee River..this was our view from behind the facility where we stayed. The river flows for many miles, and goes right through downtown Bryson City. It was a peaceful, quiet, and relaxing stay. We hope to return back next time in the Fall.

Good Morning Ally...Your dr is right..use it or lose it,...They say to keep moving even if it hurts...I think I am going to start taking magnesium...My dr said I didnt need to but everyone I talk to say they take it and tell a huge difference...The chriopractor told me this morning he thinks I should because it will help with so many things...to just start out with one in the morning and one at night or 2 at night...I guess it wont hurt to try..lol..Have a good day my friend..thanks for being you
