good morning Ally, I took my morning walk, afterwards, decided I need to go at 7 a.m. instead of at 8..it was fine at the beginning, but by the end of my walk, it was just getting too humid, so only got a mile...tryinig to get more than a mile a day in...2, 500 steps is way short of 10,000 "they" recommend. I wonder if I'll ever make that amount, probably not...LOL!

Hello Ally hope all good with you. Nice sunshine here but l am still not feeling great. Do not know where all my energy has gone - sure hope it finds its way back to me soon. Bet your doing lots in your yard at this time of the year. Wonder what you have growing ?
