Oh no...what did the police say? Here in NV it's a felony for people not maintaining their animals.

I had to call Police. the neighbors over 50 pond dog tried to attack  Bentley  who is 6 pounds for the second time.

This time was when I let him out last night at about 10  PM.

The first time it happen was day time when I had Bentley on leash walking to mail box in day time. That time I went to talk to them  about it, walked away that time thinking it wont happen again,
