We are 85° at 11 am and I am dripping wet!!!  We have been putting red mulch, 12 bags, down in one flower bed at the back fence for 2-1/2 hours.  Slow and steady wins the race, says the turtle!  We have 4 bags left, 2 of which can go in the Rose flower bed.  We need about 12 or more bags for the big bed in the middle of the yard with all the wind spinners.  We also need 8-10 landscape timbers to re-do the flower bed we just put mulch in.  Oh the projects!

Let's go to the Beach on this beautiful Thursday!  

Do you like to swing?  I love it that all our kids and friends enjoy the big round swing in our backyard. 

A nice cool romp in the waves looks inviting with our extremely hot temperatures this month.  

Hopefully before too long, the temperatures will cool, the clouds will form and the rain will start to fall.  

Not long after that we will be complaining about the cold, overcast, dreary days in front of us.  

So today let us be thankful for and enjoy this day that the Lord has made.
