The neighbor next door lot is lower than mine and when it rains the water goes down the side of my vinyl fence in back yard. and washes the soil so there is a gap under the vinyl fence,
So I am over there adding dirt and garden blocks against the outside of my fence, to keep the rain water from washing the dirt away under the fence leaving a gap
...gee, that is a problem you always have to keep adding soil..hope the blocks help...good luck!
