It's hard to avoid those China products. Sorry you got a lemon. Rain due to arrive later. I would imagine where you are is over the average rainfall like it is here. Many years ago saw lots of rain like this then when June arrived, it began a drought that would last months.
I know what you mean about these gloomy days. Just a little mist today but all overcast again. Storms tomorrow. I know what you mean about the squirrels. Always gives us a smile when they are running around especially chasing each other around. They can be really destructive. The cottage cheese and scrambled eggs probably didn't go that well together. I usually add shredded cheddar cheese. I buy it alrady shredded. I like to make omelettes most of the time. I add the shredded cheese and get the cubes of ham to add as well. There are a lot of things you can add to scrambled eggs. Try a many of the things you love to see what you like best.

I just fell in love with this graphic. Most mornings I sit on the patio and listen to the birds sing, listen for the hummingbirds to come to the feeders, and give thanks to Jesus for yesterday and the day ahead.
I can't imagine a life without Angels, Birds, Flowers and so many more things.
I love rain and thunderstorms but then comes the sunshine and the warm light that fills my soul.
Our Spring and the month of May are quickly coming to an end. The warm and soon to be hot temperatures of summer will follow soon.
