U.S. Thanksgiving day's near; much to do for many of us. If entertaining, have you decided on your menu? We always had pretty much the same each year. Enjoy decorating, setting your fancy table and all the loved ones around it. *hugs*
Good morning to each of my sweet friends! 44 degrees here with sunshine! Just a trace of snow left on the ground now. We had a surprise visit yesterday, morning. Our friend from Mississippi, dropped by to see us!! He came north to deer hunt. We had a couple hours to catch up on each others lives!! Tuesday morning, Boyd&I had our meeting with our Insurance advisor. Then we went to Leesburg and picked up Bill. He had the day off from work. We visited his uncle and three aunts!! A blessed day we all enjoyed! Look for the good in each day! Hugs Shirley
Some are starting off the new week w/snow... I'd love that! I hope they do:) Wishing you smiles today and fun plans for the days ahead, Gayle. *hugs* -di
Welcome to a cold Fall day, yes Monday is back again. I hope it will be a good week for all of us!
This picture of the moon was taken a month ago. How does time keep getting faster and faster?
That framework was built over 20 years ago. The lattis does need replacing but it is still hanging in there. The plastic is now 6 mil and almost too heavy for us but it sure does keep the warmth inside.
All the big plants were moved to the front a couple of days ago. Now they are all snug in the garage and in a day or two will be able to go back outside in the sun.
I might have a few Airplane plants if anyone wants to come pick some up. I also have about 6 other big Airplane plants scattered around and to give away.
My favorite yellow roses are blooming. I am so glad that they don't mind cold weather. I have these two bushes and 2 more big yellow roses bushes out near the fence. I hope you enjoy seeing what we have been doing around the yard this week.
