Good Afternoon to you. I'm having a good day. It's a breezy 81degrees here. I went and saw my son Trey, his wife Tiffany and their dog Aurura. Had a good time. Got my laundry in the dryer. Tomorrow I will be vacuuming and cleaning the bathrooms. Not fun, but must be done. How is your day going? Got any plans for the weekend? We don't. Just going to relax on Sunday and do laundry on Sunday. The mornings have been down in the 50's but warm up in the low 80's during the day. We may have wind chills Sunday morning. Yuck, don't want that. Well enjoy the rest of your day my friend and take care.

Im extra careful now also and think of you when i wake up because im in the dark and i have to open my door and im very cautious i don`t go banging my toe , I done that twice already

The plantar fasciitis can be taken care of with treatment You just need rest
Sinus Tarsi syndrome i have never heard of that before but i have now.Thats up near the ankle area.
You will get better in time.That pain will go away oncethe swelling improves.

You had the window opened all night, didn`t you feel cold?
I don`t know if i would of or not but i would have opened up a window just slightly way on the other end of the house so the whole house gets cool .
If it gets too cold you`re gonna feel it .
I had to get my heater and have it on hand at night cause some nights its quite cold .I do have the backdoor opened but no windows unless its a pleasant day .
Im running a fan too at night but have that air going the opposite way now.
.I dusted the basement today And been killing some moold in the stationary sinks . I have to see my doctor on the 29th
Once i get him out of the way, ill be free as a bird. lol
For about 2 weeks or more, about 5 am I open the door and a couple of small windows after turning off the AC. It is usually around 5 pm when I turn the AC back on, earlier when we start warmer. We are anywhere from 56° to 70° in the early mornings.
I Love it when it's cold like that, I cover myslef from head to toe with my comfy conforter lol!
Hi Janet! I had one of our bedroom windows opened slightly during the night, it got down in the 60s outside so it was cooler in our bedroom! YEA! it's finally starting to feel like fall! LOL!
