Good morning Susan- Have you heard any news about your a/c unit? What part broke? We moved into the house we're at now in 2018 and a lot of things were outdated, icluding the a/c.. About 2 years after living here, it just stopped blowing cold air.. The fan/blower was working, but all it was doing is blowing hot air.. UGH.. Were told by the repairman that the unit was about 30 years old and by law they were not allowed to carry the old coolant (freon).. Didn't sell the freon coolant this old a/c needed.. The kind of coolant used now is suppose to be "climate friendly" and the old outdated unit wasn't set up for the new formula (or so we told).. So we ended up having to get a new a/c installed.. How irritating.. Those new units are $4000.. We didn't have a choice (if we didn't want to suffocate of the heat).. About 5 days had passed before the new one could be installed.. Took mostly all day of running to finally cool this place down.. Okay, guess I chattered on long enough.. Hope you have some good news for Monday.. Good night-- xx Melinda
