Cloudy here, looks like possible rain shower this afternoon. Of course the heatwave has returned. When I go back to the chiropractor next month, I'm going to ask them about acupuncture. I did this way back for the first time in 2001..at that time, it was for headaches. I lean more toward a holistic side of health, so hopefully this will be the answer. My last visit to a ref dr was 5 years ago. I was rushed in and out. Labs were a joke, because all they checked was my TSH. They called it a cascading test,so because that was normal, they didn't check T4 or T3 levels.
It's been hot in Wonderland, but the heatwave is not as bad as the previous one. Advisories are each day from noon to 8 pm, not 24/7 for 3 days in a row. Staying cool, calm & collected. Have a great Wednesday!
