A cool day here...65. I'm enjoying these temps. Made chili for lunch..so leftovers for supper. Our leaves are still falling. I've been blowing them off the porch daily. I use to be diabetic. Had gestational diabetes during my pregnancy in 1997. Bread was a huge thorn, which I no longer consume. Basically, cut out carbs. Praying he is continuing to do well.
I have a busy day ahead, been up since 2:30 with my sick fur baby, Cassie. She's feeling a little better now, I hope my energy holds up while I get everything done...have a wonderful day my friend!
Hi Cheryl. We had storms here the past two days and actually had 110 points of rain. The best we have had for some time. It sure brightens everything up. The temps dropped back into the 50-low 60’s but the sun has come out this afternoon and warming up. During those two days my daughter dropped her little dog here on her way to work as the poor little thing is so frightened of storms. She settled in with my little dog and was quite happy to be here. October is being crazy here in my part of Texas, yesterday it was 54* at 6 a.m. got up to 90* during the heat of the day, (it was 87* at 6 pm last evening), today , this afternoon, it's only 77*, Mother Nature is having mood swings! LOL!
