good morning my friend! happy mid week to you! I had my 1st physical therapy session for my knee yesterday, I did pretty well! I thought my knee would be hurting me a lot afterwards, but it didn't! 

Middle of the week, Wednesday is here!  

The sun is up and we are too!  That is a Blessing!

We've had the sporadic weather too. Saturday it was 75. Yesterday, 44. I'm guessing February will be more evened out temp wise. Time will tell. I have excessive ear wax, so I use peroxide nice a week in each year..it helps. I'm going to change my layout soon.

I've changed my page to reflect Valentines day, I'm tired of winter! LOL! I hope enjoy your day my friend!

Bill has now been able to make it to the top of the stairs!! Did this on Friday!! Got to sleep in his own bed for the first time since his accident!! God is so good to us!! Boyd&I are well. Bunches of viruses all around our area!! Hugs Shirley

Evening chilly day and windy, went for coffee and

market basket shopping., my son will be by for dinner making a meatloaf, mashed pottoes for him baked for me with veggies, brown gravy.... so happy the patriots won last night.,   hope you had a day and a wonderful night.

Monday is here again!  Winter is here every morning but we are blessed that it warms up some during the day.  

If you go out today, make someone else's day better by helping them out.  

If we share our joy and love about the things we see, it will put a smile on our face.  Then it might make them smile too.  

If you have snow on the ground, build a snowman so others enjoy it as they pass by.  

If you are like me and don't have snow, then give a compliment to someone that you meet!  Share your light and brighten their day.
