Good evening, Pam ealier today Ceil told me that she told you that I had minor surgery on my toe after the novocaine wore off my toe started to hurt so I called the Dr. to see if I could take generic Tylenol for the pain and he said that I could and to take it as directed on the bottle and starting tomorrow he wants me to clean the toe really good then soak it in epsum salt twice a day for 10 minutes for 3 days and he also wants me to put neosporin on it once a day starting tomorrow as well tonight I had to take a birsd bath because the Dr. doesn't want me to get the bandage wet. have a good night Blessings & Hugs Robert
Evening my friend cold day only in the 20's just went for coffee., foolish people shoveling the snow into the street., i'll'' stay in tomorrow going to be snowy then change to rain so the roads will be icy., hope your day is better., see you in the morning.
A new week..Chiropractor appt went well. I'll go back on Thursday. Did some cleaning earlier today. Had all of this energy. Tomorrow, I'll probably be dragging. I slept better last night. I started using coconut oil on skin. Will keep doing this. Wishing y'all a wonderful week ahead. -:)
