Hello Pam, a taco plate sound good to me! The girls and I had Mexican last Thurs at a local restaurant.  2 days AFTER Cinco de Mayo. They are too busy on that day. Too crowded I should say and I'm not a fan of crowds anymore.  We got a wonderful 2 plus inches oF RAIN yesterday. So thankful too.  Birds are everywhere, enjoying the puddles and the insects.  We have mockingbirds, woodpeckers, wrens and hummers just to name the ones I can identify. LOL. Happy mid week!
