I did an easy one today about 20 minutes worth...got through most of it...tomorrow, I'll do more..(hopefully) I've saved a bunch of "exercises for seniors" videos off of TikTok, I'll do a different one every day...this is just to start me off, without being overwhelming...or kill me! LOL!
