Good Afternoon, I'm doing much better today. I have been putting BioFreeze pain patches on my lower back. I was on Facebook this morning and saw some stretches to do to loosen your lower back. I did one of them and it sure did help my back. I have been doing laundry today and I have dishes to do. But it feels good to be able to lean over without having bad pain. I hope you are having a good weekend. Today is much better and the sun is shining. Yesterday was very cloudy and cold. Well take care my friend and enjoy your day.
Hello, dear friends. We slept very poorly today. We had the largest Ukrainian drone attack ever. Loud explosions and sirens all last night and evening... So, I hope we can get some sleep tonight.
