Rainy day, but we need it. Much cooler too. I'm off to the chiropractor in an hour. This is my 3rd week of 2 x visits...with the decompression. Will have 5 visits left. Then I'll go once a week for 6 weeks. It's been a fast week. Tomorrow no appts..yay.
