I did take down my hummingbird feeders to clean and make new food for them, still hadn't seen one yet, but I saw on the Neighborhood page that several people around Weatherford has seen at least one in their yards this week.. then, I vacuumned and mopped floors, and did a load of towels...just to keep kinda busy today...tomorrow morning, we're going to Lowes to see if they have any lavender plants, I want to put some under the windows next the front porch...I planted some seeds about 5 weeks ago, but they hadn't come up, so I'm tired of waiting! LOL

Nothing peaceful here. Too cold to work in yard with no Sunshine today. Stew is almost ready and several inside projects completed.
Hi there. The weather has been crazy here. Yesterday it got up to 105F and then last night it got very windy. Today has only gotten up in the 50's and breezy with clouds. Don't know about this Oklahma weather. Just crazy. I had physical therapy yesterday and oh was I sore last night. My legs and lower back were so achy. Feel a little better today. I go back on Tuesday at 1 pm. He said my knees and lower back are week, so we are working on strenthing those muscles. Enjoy the rest of your day my friend and have a good weekend. Take care. Hugs
Fertilizer? Oh, I usually forget that part. I do like using Epson Salt and I do add Miracle Grow potting soil from year to year. I get the BIG bags at Costco.

Good Morning Sis. Pam, retirement is only here on paper. I still work daily. To draw SSI at 71 all I want I am retired. Today is the busiest work day. All the housework is done this day. It is the preparation day for the Sabbath. I have to get all the food done so there is no cooking on the Sabbath or heating. It is a nice day at 42 . So after I checxk my email I will do the getting the food read to eat on the Sabbath. Have a blessed day. Brto. Doc
Now what does that mean to a retired person? It still means the weekend is beginning very soon!
I hope you are not tired yet of my flowers that are blooming.
This Angel's Trumpet plant is my most special plant. Cricket, the first person to become my online friend in 2008, gave me a cutting from her tree in Georgia. She passed away many, many years ago. Gone but NEVER forgotten!
Our flower bed is finished. It took 6 bags of mulch. However, the flower bed below is not completely finished. We got 8 bags put down in it before we ran out of energy.
Now I would like to brag about our granddaughter Michelle. She and a friend made a video for their sign language class that is so professional. She also aced her first vet CDE comp on Thursday! She was second in her class! Our granddaughter Nicole is making beautiful flower arrangements in one of her classes. Our grandson Will lifted 400 pounds at the gym this past week. We are very proud Grandparents.
