I walk first thing every morning to where the sunshine is beaming...usually in the neighbor's back yard at their fence. I make sure and stand there for a minimum of 15 minutes. The warmth from the sun is so invigorating. Leaving around 12:30 to donate blood. Fingers crossed my hemoglobin will cooperate.

  Good morning Alice - Your strawberries are looking good and growing well.  I never tried growing them before.  I'll bet you like strawberry shortcake and strawberry cheesecake.  I like shortcake, but for cheesecake I prefer blueberry best.  Hope you enjoy your Thursday.  Good night xx Melinda
