I know what you mean about having a view. We face a wooded berm. I would not have moved in if it weren't for the view, the wildlife. The house I had was in a great neighborhood but the backyard looked into many others' yards. That was the home we raised kids at. So a pool & open yard were paramount. My little English garden was on the side of the house & I couldn't see it though walking to it for some private time was pleasant. ֤ð֥ǰӋ
