If you release your high expectations

of yourself, set boundaries around 

your time , and give yourself

permission to put your well being 

at the top of your priority list.


MAKE A LIST OF ALL THE THINGS YOU WANT TO HAVE , DO, EXPERIENCE.AND BECOME, in the next few years. For  each item

on your list, ask yourself why you want it . Is it 

because you feel the need to prove something

or want to feel important or perhaps even superior 

to others? That's the ego. Is it because you think

that's what you "should" do? That's  likely 

conditioning . Is it because it makes you feel 

alive? That's your Heart.

If blooming where you are  planted seems too tall an order right now, just stay where you are until

winter passes and you are able to bloom again .

REMEMBER TIDES EBB AND FLOW.TIME

COMES AND GOES. AND THE WISE HEART KNOWS THIS TOO SHALL PASS.

remember that they have been a part of us . If we look past our modern arrogance  to see the intelligence and wisdom of our ancestors, we will be reminded that the older the man or the woman , the greater  the knowledge and deeper the wisdom.




Every "now" is new. Celebrate your New Year's and take time to look ahead with anticipation, hope, and joy! Take time to release what has not served you in the past year, and know that as you travel through eternity, you can pause at any time and recalibrate yourselves and your lives.

anyone know i forgot name of a tv show movie it was on every week then it went some weres it was my favorte i was following eposode each week now i got a new tv, for christmas with apps i can try to find it , it was about rescueing horses, the woman and her family was vets doctor to horses, woman was like a horse whisper wild horses they hire her to calm down the horses, it was the whole family grandfather they live in the same house horse farm. they fostor a boy who mother coulsnt good care for end up adopted him he got his own horse. let me know, thank you,
