Happy New Year 2026! I’m really glad we connected on Boomerplace—talking with you has made this year better in so many ways. Thanks for the fun conversations, laughs, and good vibes. I hope 2026 brings you lots of happy moments, new opportunities, and reasons to smile. Wishing you an awesome year ahead!
Oh my another really cold day so windy high in low 20's
I stayed in today., hope your day is better, tomorrow the same., have a good night. hope you have great plans for New Years Eve., me just staying home.
My pastor, when I was young would always greet me by saying, "How are we doing mostly"? He said if he phrased it that way, most of his members would not give him their whole life story or tell him about all their aches and pains. For me I'm just enjoying a day off and my favorite adult beverage. My four legged buddy is wearing my favorite hat. As for my New Years resolution, I am leaving it up to Shakespeare for 2026. I will keep you up to date on my progress. Jazz
Hope you have been having a good day ,,,, i findly got my internet back up and don't know how long with our weather here so I will say it now ,,,,, I Wish You A Happy New Year ,,,, May God Bless You In This New Year ....
As another year comes to a close, we find ourselves standing in a quiet doorway between what has been and what is yet to come. The months behind us carry their share of laughter and loss, answered prayers and unanswered questions. Some days stretched longer than we expected; others slipped by before we could fully hold them.
This closing of the year isn’t an ending so much as a gentle pause—a chance to breathe, to remember, to give thanks for the strength we didn’t know we had and the grace that met us along the way. We carry forward the lessons, the love, and even the scars, knowing they’ve shaped us in ways we may only understand later.
As the calendar turns, may we release what no longer serves us and step into the new year with hope that is steady, not hurried. One day at a time. One blessing at a time. And with the quiet confidence that whatever comes next, we do not walk into it alone.
