When we act in love and compassion towards other people, we are helping to heal our world. Each of us must realize that It starts with ourselves Each of us should be a light unto the World. When we see life from our hearts 

 we become a person with empathy 

 and compassion. With empathy and 

 compassion a whole new understanding 

 emerges. Life becomes more precious 

 and people become more lovable
