Hello Bud, hope you are doing well. My brother in law Tim was hospitalized with diverticulitis last Friday. He is better and went home today. He needs surgery to repair a small tear in his intestine but will have that done in a month they say. 2 of my sisters in law have had it recently, too and been on antibiotics for it. Must be pretty common. Tim said he was eating almonds every day. He had to cut those from his diet alone with some other stuff. Even okra! lol. Never would have thought of that being a contributor. Still hot as blue blazes here. We are baking in this heat. Have a good Tuesday. love you.
hello Trisha! I just got back inside from watering my flowers/bushes, clean out and put fresh water in the bird bath...I try to do it aroud 6:30 a.m. every other day, to beat the heat of the day...we're now under a "dangerous heat warning" for the rest of the week..I NEED to get myself motivated to start up my chair exercises again...but....LOL!
