Good Morning Bud, well we've been begging for rain and it's coming for the next 4 days at least they say. It will be off and on of course. The girls came for lunch yesterday including Lindy. Her birthday was Sunday so we had a late BD lunch for her. I made tortellini pasta salad and Emily brought Cowboy Caviar and a homemade coconut cake. it was all yummy and we enjoyed our time together. Gonna post the cake below. It was her first try at seven minute frosting and it turned out well. It can be tricky as all things involving egg whites tend to be. lol. have a good midweek. Much love, Beffie

May you enjoy a Peaceful day, My Dear Friend Di I have off from work today, Looks like the rain has finally stopped here, but to early to see if the will be shinning. I have a few things to catch up on at home, the Laundry, plus, I will be making turkey sausage with peppers and onions and a little sauce in the crock pot for dinner, serve that over a little pasta. I like using the crock pot, put everything in and let it do its thing.

Dear Di -- This nice dark brown color is causing me to yearn for October.. It rained everday since last Friday (5 days in a row).. I don't mind though.. I love the rain - no storms, just rain, so all was good.. It's been staying on the cool side too (in the 50s) which is just perfect.. How are you and DH? Anymore doctor appointments for either of you? *hugs* from ME
