Thought I'd stop by to say howdy! Were you able to get to the store yet? Hope you bought lots of things to eat so you don't have to go out again real soon.. Are there any diners along the way where you go? I've been on a hot chocolate kick lately.. I've been having a mug of hot chocolate everyday since December.. Winter goes well with it.. Never think of having hot chocolate in the summer.. Tastes so good and hits the spot when it's cold.. Maybe you should buy yourself some and have a cup during the afternoon.. I like the Nestle brand.. I also put marshmallows in it sometimes.. Hope you're doing well.. From ME
I'm finally back online..benne a whirlwind last few days. My husband had a heart attack last Friday. Surgery was this past Monday. He's scheduled to go home on Saturday. I'm up here with him this afternoon. How are things your way? Our snow is still melting. Had rain earlier this morning. The birds have been feasting and during our snow last weekend, I saw so many more birds. Especially cardinals. It's 45 today, but we have a few cold nights coming. I'm ready for Spring.
Hey there Rick - I'm glad to know that Lisa finally got the snow she wanted.. Back in December she was saying, I wonder when we'll get real winter! Well she got it.. But where she lives in NC it will be gone quickly.. Doesn't stay cold long enough to keep snow.. Happy Groundhog day, Rick.. Phil says 6 more weeks of winter:) Usually Phil is spot on with his predictions! lol.. They drag him out his warm hutch kicking and screaming.. He wants to go back to bed.. He's a cute little fellow and chubby too.. He's well fed..
We got over a foot of snow Saturday. It fell for 14 hours non stop. Slowly warming up here, but still a few cold nights. Looks like we have 6 more weeks of cold winter weather. -:)
