Tuesday was a nice day temp wise..very low humidity..looked like rain, but none came. Extended forecast shows close to 100 this coming weekend. I was able to get out today and get groceries..was back home by 10 am. Mid week is here..

Yes, I've used orthotics (sp) for many years, even sprung for custom made arch supports once, that didn't work well at all! Those things were so expensive, and didn't last over 4 months!
I have an appointment with a podiatrist that his main office is in Ft Worth, but comes to Weatherford on Wednesday. The appt is July 30th, I will be so glad! I went out with my daughter this morning and gads my foot was killing me within an hour! I came home and put an ice pack on my foot, and took 2 Aleve's! Our temp got up to 97* today, with the heat index at 101* , we hadn't reached the 100's in actual temp yet, which is very unusual for the middle of July in Texas! It's almost hotter up north in NY than here!

Mondsy has arrived...and so has our balmy, dreadful high temps. It was already 90 at 10 am. Overcast..they say rain chances once again. But everything outside was watered by me around 10 am. Now we wait. Whatever is in your agenda, make it a great day...-:)
