Yes, homeowners insurance increases when the market stays up. We talked to our agent a few days ago. Going to up our deductible, so to lower out monthly premium. We were grandfathered in many years ago on our current policy...which combines home, auto, and life together..but will raise our deductible to 1,000 so to drop the monthly amount. We are debt free except for taxes, insurance, utilities, food, etc.
Hey Rick, unfortunately, we do have rain in the forecast all weekend, had a quick thunderstorm move through late last night. Of course everytime we cut the grass (this mirning):: it always rains. Very muggy here too. Summer is tappingbus on the shoulder already. But, I'll keep counting down the days till Fall. Enjoy your weekend.. -:)
