Hi Ric. I’ve just come indoors from pottering around out back and now its time to sit down with a coffee while I recharge my batteries. I did manage to plant some Iris bulbs into a container that were given to me recently. I haven’t had the chance before as its been misty rain and very cold. I’m happy now thats done. I was interested to learn that you had 3 dogs over the years. Those little dachshunds are cute. We had a neighbour once who had one. I think those birds would be sitting there in the tree waiting for you to put out those peanuts. I assume you are talking about the little birds. I know cockatoos love nuts but they are large and noisy birds and I don’t know if you have those there.
Those foxes are very sneaky and smart and will go hunting at night. I think they tend to scavenge in the towns and cities at night for food. I haven’t seen one for a very long time. Have a nice Friday Ric and a pleasant weekend. Cheers ~Pat~
The week has been a blur. Got a lot done. We've had rain showers throughout the week. Just got done pulling weeds by the driveway, as they were growing over our solar lights. I've seen a few squirrels in the yard, especially today. They look very healthy. Hope your week has been good.
Hello dear friends,❤️ Sending lots of love from here— it’s beautiful and wonderfully free.❤️ But nothing beats being home— home sweet home.❤️ It won't be long now; time flies. Thanks so much to those who came to visit me.❤️ Big hugs, and see you... soon? Stay healthy, sweethearts.❤️ Dayenne
Hello - Crumpets remind me of English muffins in a way. I looked it up and they kinda look spongy in texture with the little holes in to absorb the butter, jelly or whatever you want to put on it. I see crumpets are sold in this country, but they are not as popular as English muffins are here. xo
