yes, I saw that about Charlie Kirk, and that President Trump said he had died from his injuries, he was shot in his throat....that's horrible! The man they said shot Mr Kirk, turns out to not be the shooter, I don't know if he's part of a group or not, or why "everyone" assumed he did the shooting. HOPEFULLY the police and FBI will figure out exactly where the shooter shot his weapon from, and find the killer quickly....
Yes, the days are getting shorter, and will become darker much earlier very soon. I'm sitting outside now in the back yard...soaking in the sunshine. It always helps, since it's the best Vitamin D there is. One of our feral cats is sitting by me..Jellybean. He always comes running to me whenever I come outside. We had a low of 57 last night. Got up this morning and enjoyed a cup of coffee outside on the swing. Looks like we start warming up tomorrow..and by next week 80's still. I haven't seen any squirrels today, but know they are close by. Have a blessed new week.... -:)
I went back to Holland "lake" (it's more like a large pond) to start back to walking, it's been a year since I had to quit walking around the lake, due to getting a bad knee injury, then my bad left foot...I didn't push myself, just a short walk...felt good to get back out in nature, especially with the temps being in the 60's during the morning hours! I hope you enjoy your day, whatever you decide to do.
I googled it, the "AI" answer said no, Walgreens do not sell lottery tickets, it said, that they were usually sold in convenience stores, gas stations and supermarkets... and yes, you're right, it's not likely to win a lottery however, you have NO chance at all if you don't play... We don't buy too many lines, because we feel that IF we are supposed to win a lottery, we will by buying just one line of numbers!

Hi Deb if you are improving you should be feeling pretty good.
I did write all that lottery info down yesterday and recopied it .
You know i did notice like i had said my food store has these lottery machines there but i was thinking about my Walgreens store where i go much more often .
Im going to ask a nice lady who chats with me .Ill ask her i think i might have to go to the photo dept there and pick up a ticket .
I will ask her just to know where to go because im certain a place like Walgreens sell tickets there too.
Because all throughout that store i did not see no machines at all . So im assuming tickets are sold at the Photo dept there.
Ty again for that info .I will find out for sure when i see that nice lady there.
I realize is very hard to win but thats how it is for all of us right?
Currently 74 this afternoon..54 tonight..but we will see low 80's rest of the week. The feeders are still full. I was surprised, as I filled them up before we left on Saturday afternoon. But the feeders on kitchen window are empty. Will get those handled this evening. I bet those squirrels are now expecting muffins every day. -:)
just got finished with my physical therapy, (I go every Tuesday & Thursday mornings) so I thought I'd pop on your page to wish you a wondeful day! hugs, Deb
Hello, Rick , start your Tuesday with new smiles. Thank you for your gift of friendship. Thank you for making me laugh when I had almost forgotten how to be grateful. Gratitude is the best attitude. Today I give thanks to everyone in my life. My world is brighter and more beautiful because of you. Thank you for your comments. Your friendship is a special, generous gift, happily accepted, and deeply appreciated. Thank you for always being there. When life is sweet, say thanks and celebrate, and when life is bitter, say thanks and grow. Sometimes I just look up, smile, and say, "I know that was you. I wish you the most beautiful thing in your life: may you always be happy with love." Take care, Maria.
the power ball lottery costs $2 a ticket with one line of numbers (we get a quick pick, thats where the machine picks the numbers for you) you can get as many "lines of number's" on one ticket, for example, if you ask for 5 lines of guick picks, it would cost you $10. The Mega Millions lottery cost $5 per line. We don't play that one too often, but it was over $330 million dollars, and we did buy 2 quick picks of that BIG Power Ball lottery, didn't win ANYTHING on either lotteries! LOL!
