We use a cast iron skillet for various food items when using the grill outside. Those grilles look interesting though. Had never seen or heard of them before, thanks for sharing.
Got a small rain shower late yesterday..it lingered for a few hours..though we still have pollen everywhere. Looks like more rain chances throughout the week. It's better than nothing. The bird feeders are empty, yet again. They're all going on a diet this week, as they eat the seed as fast as they can. I've gone through a 40 lb bag this past week. Our temps will stay in the 70's..much better tha 90's. Have a feeling the sporadic temps will continue. April has been a blur. Maybe we will see more rain in May. Time will tell.
We're still waiting on rain..but there's a slim chance of rain on Saturday and next Tuesday..but we will see what happens. Been keeping busy..got 2 forty pound bagels of seed. One bag is almost gone. I've quit filling them up every day. They'll have to grub for worms or bugs. We went to an Amish store last weekend. It's 70 miles N of us. Picked up a lot of goodies there. The sourdough bread is delicious. Had heard about this place last year, so we finally got up there. Glad you're getting things done around your home.
