Hi Ric. How has your week been so far? I hope it has been pleasant for you. This week is fast coming to an end and I’m thinking about how I passed the days apart from doing the daily chores. Monday afternoon was spent with the local Scrabble group. I managed to win one game and second in two others. Had afternoon tea bought a couple of home made sausage rolls to heat for a quick dinner before returning home. On Wednesday I received an email request to do family history research from a descendant of one of the original Polish settlers in our district so began work on that. Continued the research on Thursday morning then after lunch had an appointment for a hair trim. Following that picked up scripts from the pharmacist. Then went onto the Supermarket to replenish supplies. Came home put everything away before my daughter called in for an hour or so. Friday completed the research and double checked everything before sending off. Now here it is Saturday and I’m catching up with comments. Sure does not sound very exciting or much but it certainly filled in the hours:) It continues to be very dry here with mild to cold temps. No sign of a decent rainfall. God bless. Pat.
We hit 92 today..very muggy...same thru the weekend. Currently, a thunderstorm is over us soon..should move through within the hour. Our grass has grown a foot since this time last week. Extended forecast shows 80's most of next week. Welcome to the weekend... -:)
