Mondsy has arrived...and so has our balmy, dreadful high temps. It was already 90 at 10 am. Overcast..they say rain chances once again. But everything outside was watered by me around 10 am. Now we wait. Whatever is in your agenda, make it a great day...-:)

I have been staying home, no extra walking, still doing ice and heat on my foot. Wearing a Salanpas (sp) has been helping ease the pain...I don't know if I'll make an appt with a podiatrist, still thinking about that

well, another week is coming to an end...July will be behind us before you know it.

I finally got a call from my doctor's office, he wants me to see a podiatrist...so, no relief from the pain caused from me having moderate bursitis....more "hurry up and wait" while looking for a podiatrist  that takes Medicare...
